We are expanding our sales team and looking for two dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to drive business growth in the carbon black, masterbatch, and polymer markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand TEKNOIR’s customer baseacross targeted regions, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industrial partners.
- Present TEKNOIR’s high-performance carbon black and polymer solutionsto potential clients and provide technical product insights.
- Work closely with the technical and production teamsto develop customized solutions for customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysisto identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to drive profitable sales growth.
- Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to promote TEKNOIR’s brand and products.
Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
√ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in carbon black, masterbatch, plastics, or coatings industries.
√ Strong understanding of technical sales and industrial applications.
√ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
√ Fluent in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa are a plus).
√ Ability to travel internationally for client visits and exhibitions.
